What signals are used?
Role on the filing (officer, manager or organizer), phone or email listed on the filing, principal-address and property-mailing-address matches, address-history overlap (weighted higher at formation) and corroboration from two or more independent sources. Penalties apply for virtual mailboxes, commercial registered-agent addresses and data older than three years.
Is the score a probability?
No. It's a 0–100 strength score built from the listed signals. The itemized breakdown is the point: you see exactly why.
Are duplicate people merged?
Yes. The same person found through the filing and through address enrichment is merged into one record with both signals.
Can I export the breakdown?
Yes. It's included in the report and the PDF.
